CHANGES TO AIR NIUGINI FLIGHTS TO CAIRNS

Air Niugini wishes to advise its valued customers that the airline has made changes to its Cairns schedule for this week. This is due to the temporary closure of Cairns airport whilst Tropical Cyclone Jasper is affecting the coast of North Queensland.

Changes are as follows :-

Port Moresby to Cairns

PX098 Tuesday 12^th December is cancelled

PX098 Wednesday 13^th December is rescheduled to depart at 0445am the next morning Thursday 14^th December, arriving Cairns at 0610am

Cairns to Port Moresby

PX091 Wednesday 13^th December is cancelled

Customers who are holding tickets for the above flights may change or refund their flights without penalties. Please contact Air Niugini or your Travel Agent for further information.

Air Niugini will continue to monitor the situation and will make further changes to the Cairns schedule if required. We regret any inconvenience caused, however safety is paramount in our operations.
