Air Niugini Aviation Training School is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Leadership and Customer Service Trainer. If you have a passion for training and development, along with a background in the airline or a service industry, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Must have worked in the airline or a service industry for 10 or more years.
- Educational Background: A Degree in Management or relevant field and a Training certificate IV.
- Training Experience: Evidence of completion of Leadership and Customer Service training. Evidence of conducting Training.
- Skills: Must possess strong skills in communication, problem-solving, organizational abilities, motivational techniques, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, leadership, active listening, conflict resolution, assertiveness, and have good knowledge of Air Niugini products and services.
- Enthusiasm for Learning: Demonstrated enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
